Flouredkitchen distributes unique cake decorating supplies nationwide, not only to simplify cake decorating but to make cakes unique and at the same time improve your skills in making figurines. Our cutters are are locally produced drawing inspiration from ideas around the world, trends and client requests.

Collection and Deliveries
Delivery
Door delivery rates are only applicable to main areas. Please use PUDO for rural/outlying areas. Should you require door delivery to a rural/outlying area, an additional fee may be applicable after initial payment has already been received.
We deliver to any location in South Africa that is serviced by PUDO or our choice of courier. Extra delivery fees may apply if you do not have a PUDO locker nearby or are located in an area where PUDO does not deliver. In such cases, we will make use of alternative courier services at the expense of the customer.
Orders are sent out 1-3 business days after payment has been received. From the time of dispatch delivery is usually 1-4 working days in main areas and 5-7 days in outlying areas. Once the package is with the courier service, we cannot guarantee how long delivery will take.
Provided PUDO locker is not specified, the parcel will be sent to the locker within the same surburb/postal code.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 7 days and we will supply you with a return address.
Items will be refunded with a cash refund providing that you do not use the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. We suggest insuring the parcel as we are not responsible if it does not reach us.
Unfortunately, delivery and package costs to return the item and delivery charges on order of the item are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of delivery and either refund in cash, credit note or exchange the goods. Please check carefully before returning any item and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Pickup
Please note that collection times are between 9:30 am-5pm Monday to Friday , BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. NO CASH PAYMENTS ON COLLECTION
For customers located outside of South Africa, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for your own collection or delivery.
